High pulling point. Free shoulders. Specifically designed for activities where the pulling point is above the dog — canicross, bikejoring, skijoring. The ergonomic design leaves the shoulders completely free and minimizes breathing restriction even under intense exertion.

Adjustable for any dog, truly Sizes 1 to 10 — from very small to very large dogs. The side straps and back piece are independently adjustable for an optimal fit on any physique. The pulling point should be just above the sacrum for correct force distribution.

Optional elastic straps for more performance The harness comes with static side straps as standard. Optional elastic straps give the dog a few more inches of stride with each step — useful for dogs with a long stride or during speed sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

For sports with a high pulling point: canicross, bikejoring, and skijoring mainly. It also works for active hiking with pulling dogs. It is not designed as a conventional walking harness—for that, the Line Harness or Ramble Long are better options.

The original Freemotion covers more sizes — from 1 to 10, compared to the 5.0's 3 to 9 — and is the entry-level option for the world of sport traction. The 5.0 incorporates a padded collar opening for greater stability in motion and is geared towards performance and competition. If you train seriously or compete, the 5.0 is the next step.

Just above the dog's sacrum. If it's too high or too low, the harness won't properly distribute the pulling force, and performance will suffer. Adjust the back strap until you achieve this position.

First, adjust the back piece to properly position the pulling point. Then, adjust the side straps to the dog's chest circumference. Verify that there are no twists or pressure at the base of the neck. Poor adjustment affects both the dog's performance and comfort.

Each size has a different colored patch on the top of the harness. If you're outfitting multiple dogs at once, you can identify them at a glance without having to check tags.
