Description

Summer asphalt burns. Winter salt irritates. Gravel scratches. Your dog's paw pads endure it all – until they can't anymore. Summit Trex are there before that happens.

Daily protection against what harms paws the most 150D polyester ripstop with PFAS-free water-repellent finish – bluesign® approved. Keeps out moisture, salt, mud, and ground debris. The non-marking rubber sole protects paw pads from abrasion and provides traction on slippery surfaces.

Improved closure that stays in place The SBR rubber cuff and water-repellent YKK hook-and-loop with reflective webbing cinch the boot at the narrowest part of the leg – where it is least likely to slip off. Improvements to the shaft design in this version solve the number one problem with dog boots: falling off on their own.

Flexible for natural movement Does not restrict gait or stride. Your dog walks, trots, and runs with the boot on without changing their way of moving – key for them to accept it from the beginning.

Sold in pairs – because paws are not the same Many dogs have wider front paws than hind paws. Selling in sets of two allows you to order different sizes for each pair and get a correct fit on all four paws.

Available in 8 sizes, from 38 mm to 83 mm. Measure the widest part of the paw with the dog bearing weight. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What situations are these dog boots recommended for?

For daily protection in the city and mountains: hot asphalt in summer, ice and salt in winter, abrasive surfaces, gravel, and rain. These are the daily-use option — if you're looking for technical performance on rock or demanding trails, Grip Trex with Vibram® soles are the next step up.

Are they waterproof?

The ripstop upper with water-repellent finish keeps out moisture and debris in normal rain and mud conditions. They are not designed for submersion or deep water.

Are they easy to put on, especially if my dog isn't used to them?

Yes. They open wide to facilitate placement even on dogs that have never worn boots. We recommend introducing them gradually—a few minutes a day at first—so the dog gets used to them before using them on a full walk.

Do they stay on when the dog moves or runs?
Why are they sold in pairs of 2 and not 4?

Because many dogs have wider front paws than back paws. By purchasing in pairs, you can order the exact size for each pair of paws — and prevent any from being too loose or too tight.

How do I choose the correct size for my dog?
